RECOGNITION FOR THE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED COMPREHENSIVE PROCESS OF THE COMPANY'S STRATEGIC, SUSTAINABLE AND CIRCULAR TRANSFORMATION

On March 28, 2024, we concluded the individual process of strategic, sustainable and circular transformation with a final synergy workshop supported by the Spirit Business Development Agency.   

During the 5-month process, the participating companies, together with their assigned experts, delved into all key areas of business. We set ambitious business goals based on the commitment to work for the good of people, nature and the community.

Through the individual process of strategic transformation, we achieved the following results:

• Developed a long-term (4-5 year) sustainable business strategy for the company,
• Established sustainable business models,
• Set a concrete action plan for implementing the business strategy,
• Developed an implementation project aimed at transforming key processes in the value creation of products and services.

At the event, we also received a RECOGNITION from SPIRIT Slovenia for our successful work and commitment to the process.

In the coming months, we will be implementing a 7-month pilot implementation project aimed at optimizing and redefining business processes and, consequently, reducing the harmful impact on the environment throughout the value creation process of products and services.
